Kagawong occurs as town placed on the northward shore of Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada.

A title Kagawong means "Where mists rise from falling waters", in the Ojibwe language.

Kagawong's harbour is placed in Mudge Bay and is home to the Kagawong Lighthouse, which has been in continuous service since 1888.
